14 days to change your mind

If an item is unused, in its original packaging and still in resale condition, you can return it within 14 days of delivery or pick-up for a refund to your original payment method.

What can't come back

• · Bikes that have been ridden outside, beyond a test in the shop.
• · Batteries that have been charged or installed.
• · Items damaged after delivery, or missing original parts and packaging.
• · Special orders placed with the factory on your behalf.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it ships, for any reason and at no cost. Email us with your reference number and we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 business days. If you financed the purchase, we release the authorization so you owe nothing.

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it can still be returned under the 14-day window above. If we cancel — because we cannot source or deliver the item — we tell you why and refund you in full. You are never charged for something we cannot deliver.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect a return, the refund is issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Financed purchases are refunded to the financing partner, who adjusts your balance.

Warranty

Every brand we carry comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty, and we're an authorized dealer for all of them. That means we file the claim for you and deal with the manufacturer directly, instead of leaving you on the phone with a call centre.

How to start one

Email info@maderomotors.com with your order reference (it starts with MM-) and a photo of the item. We'll reply with next steps within one business day. You can also just bring it to the shop at 2900 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33137.
